RambleChat Releases Salesforce 2.0 with Auto-Sync
ATLANTA — November 20th, 2019 — RambleChat, a leading Sales & ABM Chat platform, announced it's latest integration with Salesforce to help sales and marketing easily track leads and conversations sourced from RambleChat. Version 2.0 adds Auto-Lead & Contact creation without any intervention from marketing or sales.
We are excited to announce our latest uptick to the RambleChat + Salesforce integration - 2.0. The newest release more easily syncs conversation history, contacts and lead data directly into Salesforce. In addition to the Auto-Sync, RambleChat provides options to manually assign only qualified conversations or those selected by sales.

Create Leads Or Contacts In Salesforce That Originated From RambleChat
Connecting your Salesforce account to Ramble is a great way to feed chat conversations into your CRM. Ramble will create new or update existing leads & contacts with all the relevant parts of a chat conversation, including the full transcript. Additionally, Ramble also allows you to include in the linkage which of your campaigns drove the chat. The integration works in two ways, either:
- Manual - At the conclusion of each chat, Ramble provides a metaphor for the user to find existing or create a new lead or contact to push the entire chat history in to Salesforce.
- Automatic - At the conclusion of every chat, the system will automatically create a new contact in Salesforce.
New leads derived from chat can be automatically sent to Salesforce so your CRM remains the single version of truth.
Once a conversation is finished, RambleChat can automatically create a lead or contact if that person doesn’t exist in Salesforce.
Auto-Sync all Conversations: Qualified or Not
